79betapp Terms and Conditions — Rules and User Rights

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 79betapp platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, slots, crash games, progressive jackpot, and the VIP Program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of 79betapp's services after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated rules.

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to users located in Brazil and govern the entire relationship between the user and 79betapp, including Pix deposits, betting, bonuses, withdrawals, and interactions with support.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create and maintain an account on 79betapp, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be physically located in Brazilian territory at the time of placing bets;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program on 79betapp or on any other platform;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or first-degree relative of a 79betapp employee;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law (Civil Code, Law No. 10,406/2002);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Each user may hold only one active account on 79betapp. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of funds pending an internal investigation.

3User Account

3.1 Account Access Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for keeping their 79betapp account credentials secure — including their password, two-factor authentication code, and any other enabled verification method. 79betapp will never ask for your password or authentication code via email, chat, or any other support channel.

If you suspect unauthorized access or believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via the 24-hour live chat available on the platform. 79betapp is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence.

3.2 Identity verification (KYC)

79betapp may request identity verification documents (a process known as KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before withdrawals are released. Documents that may be requested include:

• Valid national ID, driver's license, or passport;
• Proof of address issued no more than 90 days ago;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used;
• A selfie holding your ID document, when requested.

Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification. 79betapp has up to 5 business days to review submitted documents and notify the user of the outcome.

3.3 Updating Your Details

Users must keep their registration details up to date. Changes to email address, CPF, or banking information must be reported to support and may require additional identity verification before being applied.

4Deposits & Payments

79betapp accepts only payment methods available in Brazil. Currently accepted methods include:

• Pix — instant transfer available 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
• Credit and debit card — national and international cards accepted;
• Boleto bancário — credit within up to 1 business day after payment;
• PicPay — via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — via digital wallet;
• TED Transfer — available for banks including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. 79betapp does not charge any additional fee on deposits made via Pix. Card or boleto processing fees, where applicable, are displayed at the time of the transaction before confirmation.

79betapp reserves the right to refuse or return deposits that show inconsistencies, raise fraud concerns, or cannot be verified in accordance with internal compliance policies. Under no circumstances does 79betapp accept or request transfers in foreign currency — all transactions are carried out in BRL.

5Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available 79betapp account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The balance to be withdrawn must come from verified funds not subject to an active bonus rollover;
• The withdrawal method must be the same one used for the deposit, wherever technically possible;
• The account must be verified (KYC completed) for withdrawals above R$ 500.00;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• Pix withdrawals for verified VIP accounts are processed within minutes of approval;
• Standard withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the method used and the security review process.

79betapp may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in situations requiring enhanced identity verification. This measure is in place to protect users and ensure the platform's financial integrity.

6Bonuses & Promotions

79betapp runs promotions and bonuses on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus, free spins, weekly cashback through the VIP Program, and seasonal promotions tied to sporting events such as the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and UFC. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which complement and take precedence over this document with respect to the conditions of that particular offer.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate account from your real balance until the rollover requirement is met;
• The standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bets on games with an RTP above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• Each user is entitled to one account only and, therefore, to the welcome bonus once only;
• 79betapp reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of abuse, multiple account creation, or any practice that goes against the spirit of the promotions;
• Bonuses have an expiry date communicated at the time of the offer — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled with no right to compensation.

The VIP Program's weekly cashback is credited as real money, with no additional rollover requirement, in accordance with the rules for each program tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). The cashback percentage and other tier benefits are detailed on the VIP Program.

7Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 79betapp is subject to the following general rules, supplemented by the sport-specific rules for each discipline available on the platform:

7.1 Confirmation and Validity

A bet is considered confirmed only after the confirmation message is displayed on the bet slip and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the user's balance. 79betapp is not responsible for unconfirmed bets resulting from a connection failure on the user's end.

7.2 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets are refunded in full to the user's balance. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours from the original scheduled time. After that window, bets are refunded. For events that start but are abandoned before regulation time is completed, bets are settled according to the competition's official rules or refunded when no official result has been ratified.

7.3 Odds errors

79betapp reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or typographical mistake. The user will be notified and the stake will be refunded in full. No claims will be accepted regarding profits generated from odds that are recognized as erroneous.

7.4 Cash out

The cash out feature — which lets you close bets before the final result — is available on most markets at 79betapp. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake. 79betapp may temporarily suspend cash out during events with high odds volatility or for scheduled maintenance.

8Casino Games

All casino games available on 79betapp — including slots, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Mines, Plinko, and others), live casino, and progressive jackpot — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies. The main crash games feature a provably fair system that allows the outcome of every round to be publicly verified.

8.1 Malfunction

In the event of a verified technical malfunction during a game session — whether in a slot, crash game, or any other title — the affected round is deemed void and the stake is refunded in full. 79betapp is not liable for winnings or losses resulting from technical failures in third-party game provider systems.

8.2 Progressive Jackpot

The 79betapp progressive jackpot links over 120 slots in a shared pool with four tiers: Mini, Minor, Major, and Mega. The accumulated value at each tier is displayed in real time on the platform. Jackpot payouts are made in full in BRL, credited directly to the winner's balance. In the event of a technical malfunction during a round that triggers the jackpot, 79betapp will follow a specific investigation protocol before confirming or canceling the prize.

8.3 Betting limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed on screen before the session begins. These limits may vary by provider, title, and the user's VIP tier. Players at the Platinum and Diamond levels may request a bet limit increase from support, subject to identity verification.

9Responsible Gambling

79betapp is committed to responsible gambling practices and offers tools to help users stay in control of their activity on the platform. These tools are available directly in your account settings and include:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — prevent deposits above a limit you set yourself;
• Loss limit — automatically end your session when a configured loss limit is reached;
• Session time alert — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — block access to the account for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close access to the platform, with no possibility of reversal.

11Prohibited Conduct

Use of the 79betapp platform is subject to ethical and lawful conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account per user, even using different details;
• Using automated software, bots, or any tool that manipulates bets or games in a non-human manner;
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Place coordinated bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or abuse promotions;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity;
• Provide false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Sharing account access with third parties or allowing someone else to place bets on your behalf;
• Use another user's account, even with their permission;
• Filing unwarranted chargebacks with your card provider after making deposits on the platform.

12Account Closure

12.1 At the User's Request

Users may request closure of their 79betapp account at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@79betapp.best. Before the account is closed, all available funds will be withdrawn to the registered payment method, provided the account is in good standing with no pending verification or bonus rollover requirements.

12.2 At 79betapp's Initiative

79betapp reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, with notification sent to the user by email. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or conduct seriously detrimental to the platform, the account may be suspended immediately without prior notice, with communication provided afterward.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 79betapp may hold funds for a defined period pending the conclusion of an internal investigation. Funds determined to have originated from unlawful or abusive activity will not be returned.

13Limitation of Liability

79betapp employs all reasonable technical resources to ensure platform stability, security, and availability. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Brief technical interruptions for maintenance;
• Connection failures on the user's end;
• Issues with third-party game provider systems;
• Errors caused by improper use of the platform by the user;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their credentials;
• Betting decisions made by the user themselves.

Under no circumstances shall 79betapp's total liability for damages to a user exceed the amount deposited by that user on the platform in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14Changes to Terms

79betapp reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email and highlighted on the platform at least 7 calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulation.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any available funds.

15Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the 79betapp platform that cannot be resolved through administrative channels will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
